Day 109

Cake Eggs

Diva had a play date over today, and on Monday my sister gave me a baking pan she didn't want anymore that makes egg shapes, about the size of a cupcake, maybe a little bigger.

(sorry, I only have an after picture, and no idea where the pan is from)

We put the play date, the pan, some cake mix and frosting I had on hand together, and voila!  decorate your own cake Easter egg.

and the delicious finished product as decorated by two 6 year old girls, who are now all hyped up on sugar.  There is lots of giggling going on!

Day 86

The Beauty and the Beast theme will continue next week.  Diva's Valentine's party at school is today and yours truly is in charge of the shin-dig.

However, Goofy had a milestone birthday yesterday, and we are celebrating this weekend.  I saw this on Pinterest and decided to share the Munchie Mom love for my old man.
